LPCs and LCSWs

I specialize in the treatment of adults living with complex trauma and the various complexities that exist with it through the use of EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting, Somatic Psychotherapy, and parts work informed by Structural Dissociation Theory. I am an avid learner and passionate about the work I do with clients. So much so, I want to help others who are interested in this specialty area get the tools they need to be effective, successful therapists. I am committed to my therapists and want to invest in their futures. Not only will you get case consultation (at no additional cost!) but I also offer the following incentives worth up to $10,000 in your first year. 

• $500 reimbursement for EMDR basic training or Equilateral EMDR Training or half of dissociation training if you are already EMDR trained

**Requirements**

• Completed EMDR basic training or able to get trained in the first 3 months of employment
• Able to get trained in additional modailities- Safe & Sound Protocol, Structural Dissociation Theory, Deep Brain Reorienting as you progress
• In good standing with AZBBHE and currently holding Independent licensure as LPC or LCSW
• Ability to build up to a minimum of 20 direct client hours per week and the additional time needed to complete paperwork and coordination of care (as needed).
• Available to work 1 weekend day if needed (no more than 4 hours unless you choose to schedule more) and some night availability (no later than 6:30 unless you choose to schedule later)
• Competent in DSM 5 Diagnoses
• Knowledge of Crisis Intervention and Community Resources
• Must provide own liability insurance
• Able to work with minimal oversight
• Must be comfortable with technology and have own computer access and smart phone
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Credentialed or able to get credentialed with insurance plans we accept

**Compensation**

• Contract based employment (1099)
• 55%-70% split. Rate starts at 55% and raises given as caseload builds
• up to $10,000 in incentives during your first year.
