Our philosophy is rooted in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. Trauma healing cannot take place without safety, and our goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to explore how the human experience has impacted you. We believe you are doing the best you can and have developed strategies to cope with and distract from the “old stuff” that overwhelmed your nervous system. While once helpful, these strategies can start to get in the way of living the life you desire.

Healing the "old stuff" can allow you to experience improved daily life, more adaptive strategies to cope with distress, and feel more hope for the future.
